1. Scope
This policy applies to the QUICKCONTO Android/IOS application and explains the processing of information exchanged between the app and the QUICKCONTO server selected by the user. The app is designed primarily for restaurant staff, order management and kitchen operations.
2. Data controller
For data stored on the restaurant’s own server, the restaurant or organisation operating that server normally determines why and how the information is processed. QuickMastro S.r.l. is the software provider and may act as controller only for information supplied directly for licensing, billing, customer support or legal administration.
3. Information handled
Operational data
Orders, tables, menu items, notes, customer details entered by authorised users, staff messages and transaction-related records handled by the configured server.
Connection and log data
Server address, connection events, diagnostic information and local logs required to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Licence and support data
Name, company, contact details, VAT/tax identifiers and information needed for licence activation, invoicing and support when provided directly to QuickMastro S.r.l.
Device permissions
Only permissions required by enabled app features should be used. Actual permissions may vary by app version and device configuration.
4. Purposes
- Connect the app to the server chosen by the user.
- Create, retrieve and update restaurant orders and related operational records.
- Provide diagnostics, security, licence administration and customer support.
- Meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal obligations where applicable.
5. Data sharing
Operational app data is exchanged with the configured QUICKCONTO server. It is not sold. QuickMastro S.r.l. does not receive that operational data unless the user deliberately provides it for support or another clearly requested service. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to carefully selected service providers acting under appropriate instructions.
6. Security
QUICKCONTO uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access and encrypted communication where configured and supported. The restaurant remains responsible for securing its local network, server, backups, user accounts and devices.
7. Retention and deletion
Operational data and logs remain on the configured server according to the restaurant’s settings and legal obligations. Authorised users can modify or delete customer data through the QUICKCONTO server functions, including Clients → Modify Customer. Local logs may be removed from the server installation.
For licence, billing or support information held by QuickMastro S.r.l., deletion may be requested by email. Some records may be retained when required for taxation, accounting, security, dispute resolution or other legal obligations.
Request data deletion8. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding personal data. Requests concerning data stored on a restaurant server should first be directed to that restaurant. Requests concerning data held directly by QuickMastro S.r.l. may be sent using the contact details below.
9. Children
QUICKCONTO is a business application and is not directed to children. It is not intended for unsupervised use by minors.
